Leadership Style
My leadership style is to lead with diplomacy and empathy. Making sure my team feels valued and has the right information to do their jobs effectively. I try to apply a caring and creative approach to everything I do. Ensuring there is a collective relationship of understanding and expectations which result in great creative leadership from everyone on the team. Being an INFP personality by nature, I tend to lean toward understanding the meaning behind why we’re doing what we’re doing and the impact it will have.
